Consumer Reports magazine is consumer’s most trusted resource for reviews and ratings. In Consumer Reports issue, September 2008, they rated BitDefender as the “best choice for optimal protection” in a security suite. Consumer Reports is a nonprofit organization that purchases all of the products themselves; they do not accept free product or samples.
